Time Travel to the Future

 


Considering a time travel to the future is not an idea that always comes to mind. Especially because at this time of my life I am very focused on finishing my career. Obviously, there are many things I would like to do in the not too distant future, such as starting to work on what I am studying, live alone and traveling around the world. But these are only goals to be achieved. In addition, I prefer to concentrate and energize the things I can do in the present, so that I can get a little closer to those goals.


But if I put myself in a specific future, like in 30 or 40 more years. I would like to see the world not as destroyed as it seems it will be. That the effects of climate change are not so devastating. And that the measures that are being taken today to mitigate climate change have served some purpose. May it be a world where people live with dignity and enjoy the benefits of nature.




I don't feel very safe answering if I would like to stay at that future time. Because, as I imagine that the future world is very idealistic and utopian. So, I prefer to focus on the present, where I have the power to make actions and decisions that contribute, at least in a grain of sand, that the world in 30 or 40 more years will be a little better.

My favorite technological device is my laptop, because I use it  every day . I can do many things with the laptop, from doing this post, various tasks, communicate with my friends from social networks, inform me about the current. My Favorite TV Series

Today I will tell you about my favorite TV series. Well, this topic is a little complicated for me, because I am not good at watching series. It is difficult for me to see all the chapters. However, there are two series that I have seen complete. Avatar: The Last Airbender y Lost in Space. Both can be found in Netflix. Avatar: The Last Airbender captivated me many years ago. It is set in a world where the spiritual with the human is constantly mixed. The Human civilization is divided into four nations, named after the four classical elements: The Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation, and the Air Nomads. And there is an avatar that has been missing for 100 years, which will be in charge of maintaining balance and peace between the Four Nations. This series I like much, I think I have seen as 3 times. this series talks about spiritual themes that I make a lot of sense. And you ever saw avatar?

A Subject you Enjoyed Studying this Semester

In forest engineering usually (not to say always) studies and analyses the environment in which we are involved, and we are part, such as geography, water resources, wildlife, forests, ecosystems and society. And in this semester, I had to study a subject called Geomatics. At first it didn't attract much attention to me, but as I was studying I realized that it is very interesting. Geomatics is the science that deals with the management of geographical information using information and communication technologies. Geomatics is a very useful tool in forestry engineering. Through the Geomatics can be analyzed various environmental phenomena. For example, the consequences of climate change in the vegetation cover, the behavior of the species (flora and fauna) in a particular place, you can analyze different topographic features of the landscape that serves as support in the decision-making.
